In-VitroCell NU-5800 Direct Heat CO2 Incubator
The In-VitroCell NU-5800 provides the basic functionality to promote tissue cell growth by controlling Temperature and CO2 gas levels in the growth chamber. Relative humidity up to 95% is produced through convention by a water pan. The Closed Loop HEPA Filtration System creates clean conditions to minimize potential contamination entering the growth chamber.

Overview
The NU-5800 CO2 incubator offers touch panel control and monitoring of temperature and CO2 to meet the demands of a broad range of cell culture applications. Beyond using an infrared sensor for precise control of CO2 and separately adjustable door and perimeter heaters to balance internal temperature. The air pump outside the 200L growth chamber also constantly draws air through a HEPA filter and cycles it back to create ISO Class 5 quality air at positive pressure and minimize contamination. A touch screen makes it easy to enter setpoints and view or download historical performance. In addition, this moderately sized incubator can be stacked to efficiently use the valuable space in your laboratory.
Modern User Experience
Experience the simplicity and efficiency with NuAire's NuTouch control system. This intuitive touchscreen interface revolutionizes how you interact with your CO2 incubator. Adjust settings, view historical data, and calibrate with simple taps and on-screen instructions. NuTouch's user-friendly controls ensure maintaining an optimal growth environment for tissue cultures is straightforward and stress-free.
Optimal Temperature Control
The direct heat technology in our incubator ensures a uniform temperature environment, which is crucial for optimal tissue culture growth. With strategically placed heating elements around the chamber, including the door perimeter and the door itself, this design achieves balanced heat distribution within a robust, steel-insulated chamber. The independent adjustment of door and perimeter heaters caters to uniformity, providing a consistent temperature vital for sensitive tissue culture work, even in varying ambient conditions. This precise temperature control ensures an ideal environment for successful tissue culture growth.
Precision IR Sensor: Optimal Growth, Less Calibration
Our innovative IR sensor technology elevates mammalian cell culture growth with unmatched precision. By controlling CO2 levels within the growth chamber to maintain optimal pH, and using wavelengths absorbed only by CO2, the measurements remain unaffected by other components such as water vapor. This advanced design provides stable output, minimizes drift, and reduces the need for frequent calibrations, ensuring consistent, reliable performance for your cell cultures.
Advanced HEPA Filtration
The In-VitroCell's closed-loop HEPA filtration system ensures an optimal mammalian cell culture growth environment. This system continuously samples and filters chamber air through an external HEPA filter, creating a clean air environment with slight positive pressure inside the chamber, similar to an ISO Class 5 clean room. This process significantly reduces contamination risks and minimizes cell desiccation. In-VitroCell offers superior Constant Contamination Control, providing a multi-tiered defense for the safety and integrity of your cell cultures.
