The QuickShip program is available for select NuAire laboratory equipment models and configurations. Eligibility is subject to change without notice.

QuickShip orders typically ship within 3-5 business days following credit approval. Exact delivery dates will be determined after the order is placed. NuAire will make a good faith effort to meet the provided delivery dates. Customers must be prepared to accept delivery upon shipment. Failure to accept delivery will result in storage charges. NuAire is not liable for any delays that may occur during shipping.

NuAire maintains minimal stock of popular product configurations for the QuickShip program. Inventory is limited and subject to change without notice. Products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Returns of QuickShip items are subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be authorized by NuAire and are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Pricing is based on NuAire's standard terms or contracted pricing agreements. Payment terms are subject to credit approval. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, subject to NuAire's approval. Cancellation fees may apply.

NuAire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the QuickShip program at any time without prior notice. Products may be added to or removed from the QuickShip program at NuAire's discretion.

NuAire's liability is limited to the purchase of the product. NuAire is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use products.
