The AllerGard Animal Transfer Station is a product offered by NuAire that provides ISO Class 3 air protection for research animals. It comes in three sizes and two configurations: a single-sided unit (NU-621) and a dual-sided unit (NU-620). The NU-620 offers flexibility and correct user ergonomics, allowing multiple technicians to use the cabinet simultaneously. The NU-621 offers higher containment by utilizing a higher rate of inflow air. The airflow pattern starts with the supply pre-filter and goes through the supply HEPA filter for 99.99% particle removal. The work zone has minimal heat build-up and over 25 air changes per minute. Ergonomic features include a spacious work zone, electric auto-lift, large access opening height, proper lighting, and easy-to-clean stainless steel plenum.
