Restricted Access Barrier System Warranty

NuAire Laboratory Equipment warrants the Pharmacy Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS) (PharmaGard™ ES) sold located in the United States and Canada to the original purchaser that it shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under regular use (including supply HEPA filters excluding exhaust HEPA filters) in its equipment for a period of 36 months from the shipping date if proven to the satisfaction of the company to have been defective at the time it was sold; provided that all parts claimed defective shall be returned, properly identified to the company at its factory, charges prepaid. Factory installed equipment and/or accessories are warranted only to the extent guaranteed by the original manufacturer or 12 months maximum from the shipping date; and this warranty shall not apply to any portion of the equipment modified by the user. Claims under this warranty should be directed to NuAire, Inc. setting forth in detail the nature of the defect, the date of the initial installation and the serial and model number of the equipment.
